ArtiimaZ® Pvt Ltd is looking for a Sales / Marketing Executive .A Technically Sound Professional to develop Generate Business & Acquire New Clients.

Job Description: (Roles & Responsibilities)

• Candidates having knowledge of online Bidding portals.
• Should Understand the business of the client
• Interacting with existing and prospective clients
• Achieving the sales target.
• Conducting sales calls and closing the leads.
• Maintaining client relationships through regular follow-up and updates.
• Conducting market review, analyzing competitor activities and devising strategies to counter them.
• Co-ordination with various departments at different stages of the assigned project.
• identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
• seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
• generate leads and cold call prospective customers
• meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
• understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
• think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
• work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
• draw up client contracts - depending on the size of the company, this task may be completed by someone else or agreements may not be as formal
• have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them.
• discuss the promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
• A consummate team player who enjoys wearing multiple hats and inspiring everyone around you to do great work particularly who is Ambitious, enthusiastic, tenacious, and full of it!

Basic Skills:

• Basic Computer knowledge (M.s.word, Excel and Internet).
• An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates
• Good IT skills, including the use of Office Suite , ERP , CRM
• Active Experience in developing and qualifying opportunities, Defining the project scope according to approved features list & man- hour estimate
• Capable of working in a Startup atmosphere & handling pressure situations effectively
• Capable of to initiate and the confidence to start things from scratch
• A professional manner and presentable appearance for meeting customers/clients
• You'll frequently travel within the day for face-to-face meetings with customers and other business partners. Depending on the type of business, overnight or overseas travel may also be required.
• You may have the responsibility of managing a team and their output.

Qualification:

• Any Graduation
• Good Understanding of Strategies , Sales Management & Clients Management
• Capable of Comprehending Newest IT Trends
• Should have a thorough knowledge of Company’s Business , Products & Services
• Knowledge of how the services can be turned better for clients
• Comfortable working in Startup Environment.
